Allison originally hails from Bethesda, MD. She grew up in a military family. Her father, a retired marine took Allison, her sister Andrea and mom all around the world. She has lived in Okinawa, Oklahoma, and North Carolina to name a few. She attended Bethesda Chevy Chase High School. Allison was fortunate to grow up performing around the Washington DC area.
Allison attended Elon University, NC, where she received a BFA in music theatre. She still returns as much as possible to teach the current students and is a huge supporter of the school.
After college Allison went on the road for three years which took her around the country and Europe. She toured with Jekyll & Hyde, Cabaret and Grease!. There she met her husband, bass player, Michael Pearce. They were married in 2006 and reside happily in New York City.
Allison has been seen on Broadway, national commercials, and film. She continues to perform and teach and is the proud founder of her business, The Actors' Resource.
